Fried Bean Tomatoes
Ingredients
14 oz can original or BBQ baked beans
15 oz can Mexican style stewed tomatoes, with juice
7 oz can low sodium, whole kernel corn
1 1/2 cups instant white rice
Directions
Dump all the ingredients plus 1 cup water into a nonstick skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
