Ranch Deviled Eggs
Directions
Mash 6 hard-boiled egg yolks, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard and 1/4 cup ranch dressing. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce and top with chopped scallions.
This blog started to not have a theme, but when I quickly lost interest I came up with a new idea of posting each recipe I make and writing a brief critique. This is for my personal use, others use, and a fun way to keep track of what I make. Also, I feel my sophistication of food will show as time progresses.
